Poor quality and poor customer service

Bought wall book shelf units from Beaver and Tapley via local shop. The joints in these failed within a year. On reporting this were accused of overloading them but it was obvious they had not been glued properly. They agreed to replace them in 4-6 weeks. Almost 4 months later we could not get anyone in customer service to respond. Eventually through the local shop got replacement only after they travelled 200 miles to pick them up as Tapley refused to deliver them. The new units were worse still and failed in weeks. This company used to be renowned for quality. In our experience this has gone downhill completely and worse is the poor customer support. Be very wary about dealing with this company now.
