Highly recommended, her positive reinforcement approach to dog training has taught us and our two young children how to interact with and train our puppy, Bruno, to help him become a confident, friendly and balanced young dog. When we adopted our puppy we found it very difficult to deal with issues such as pulling on the lead, playing too rough with other dogs and his recall was practically non existent. Heather showed us the positive clicker training method and how to communicate with our dog, as a result we are more confident owners and have seen a big improvement in his behaviour. Heather's own well trained dogs are evidence of her experience and quality of training. Her friendly, calm and eager to help manner made us feel at easy during training. Would definitely use her services again.
