Collected hire car at 02:30 on Sunday morning 28/04/2013 Had following problems 1. No petrol in car 2. Enterprise rep did not know where nearest 24 hour petrol station was 3. Enterprise rep was not able to point me in the direction of the M1 4. Car windscreen was frozen, there was no ice scraper available This is not the service that I expected from such a well known company Regards Jim Bird
